(TSXV - IEC) (the "Company" or "Enexco") is pleased to announce that it has satisfied the TSX Venture Exchange's ("TSX.V") requirements for listing as a Tier 1 issuer pursuant to Policy 2.5 -- Tier Maintenance Requirements and Inter-Tier Movement and, accordingly, the TSX.V has approved International Enexco's graduation to Tier 1. Enexco's tier classification will change from Tier 2 to Tier 1 effective October 19, 2010,
