Paragon Grants Incentive Stock Options
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 7, 2008) - Paragon Minerals Corporation (TSX VENTURE:PGR) reports that on February 5, 2008, subject to regulatory approval and pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it granted 531,000 incentive stock options to Directors, Officers, Employees and Consultants of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of CDN$0.61 per share for a period of five years with a vesting period of 18 months from the date of grant.

Paragon Minerals Corporation is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The company is focused on base and precious metal exploration in Eastern Canada, specifically within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
