("Adriana" or the "Company") -- (TSX-V: ADI, WKN: A0F7EL) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company to purchase up to 2,082,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company pursuant to a Share Option Plan approved by shareholders. The options are exercisable at a price of $1.10 per share, have a term of five years and are subject to vesting restrictions over a period of 18 months.

Included in the grant are 100,000 options granted to Freeform Communications Inc. and 25,000 options to Ali Sinawi, who perform investor relations services for the Company.
