First Point Minerals Grants Stock Options

The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the granting of
stock options for a total of 625,000 shares to ten individuals. The
grants are being made pursuant to the Company's incentive stock option
plan that includes technical staff in Central America, employees in
Canada, directors and officers. The options are effective March 14,
2007, have an exercise price of $0.20 per share and expire March 14,
2012. The Company's stock option plan provides for issuance of up to
10% of the issued capital at any time.
