COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 14, 2016-- Hecla Mining Company (NYSE:HL) today announced that Lindsay Hall has accepted the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, following the retirement of James Sabala.

Lindsay is a chartered accountant with over 37 years of experience. Recently, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Goldcorp Inc. and prior to that held senior financial positions at Duke Energy Corporation.
