High Grade Gold, Copper, Lead and Zinc samples at Liberty -
Indee Project
Highlights
- 32.5% Copper, 50.6 g/t Gold and 1.9% Zinc in rock samples at Quarmby
- 46.5% Copper, 3.17% Lead and 11% Zinc in rock samples from Evelyn
- Identification of a 6 kilometre geophysical target zone containing
two historic mined areas, the Evelyn and Quarmby
- electromagnetic VTEM survey identifies further deep sulphide
targets
- Drilling targets of 400 metres extent at Quarmby and 300 metres at
Evelyn with offset geophysical targets of buried conductors to the south
west of Evelyn and Quarmby mine areas.
- A programme of works to drill Evelyn has been approved by the
Department of Industry and Resources (DoIR)
An August 2007 rock
sampling survey has identified further high grade Base and Precious Metal
mineralisation at both the Evelyn and Quarmby prospects.
These exciting results
now represent better than anticipated mineralisation over a broader area.
A 6 kilometre mineralisation
zone of deep sulphide and near surface mineralisation targets has been
identified including Evelyn and Quarmby, and a number of other electromagnetic VTEM
targets.
The Company will drill
the historical Evelyn and Quarmby mines and extensions of mineralisation along
sheared contact zones to follow up on the high grade Cu-Pb-Zn & Au
mineralisation recorded.
ExplorationResults:
The following plan
diagram illustrates the recent results of rock samples collected from diggings
over the historic Quarmby mine. A linear pattern has emerged associated with a
structural feature mapped as a fault/shear.

Assays of up to 50.6g/tgold
and up to 32.5%) copper were found at Quarmby whilst assays of 46.5% copper and
3.17% lead and 11.0% zinc were found at Evelyn. These results are highly
encouraging and confirm historic data.
Liberty-Indee
Project VTEM
Jutt recently announced
the completion of two airborne electromagnetic (VTEM) surveys on its Liberty-Indee
Project near Whim Creek in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. This electromagnetic
survey over the historic Evelyn and Quarmby mines follows on from a 2006
airborne magnetic survey flown at 200 metre line spacing covering a larger
area.
The results of a VTEM
survey over Evelyn and Quarmby is highly encouraging, outlining distinct deep
conductors unrealised from past exploration.
The VTEM survey has
extended the target area from a localised to a six kilometre zone along a NNE
corridor with six immediate VTEM targets and another separate EM target area to
the east.
The VTEM survey comprises
approximately 340 line kilometres flown at 200 metre line spacing by specialist
geophysical contractor and owner of the VTEM process, Geotech Airborne Pty Ltd.
The data is being analysed by geophysical specialists, Geoforce Pty Ltd
(Geoforce).
Geoforce is currently
conducting full analysis and modelling of the data defining depth, shape and
extent of each target providing a preliminary interpretation of the eastern
survey flown covering the historic Evelyn and Quarmby mines. The company is
focused on evaluating the seven targets as well as the Evelyn and Quarmby mine
extensions, on completion of heritage surveys.
About
Jutt Holdings
Jutt Holdings Limited (ASX:JUT) is an Australian listed resources
exploration company, focused on several base and precious metals exploration
projects in Western Australia.
Jutt Holdings has two
projects in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, Onslow and Liberty-Indee
Projects, both of which it has the rights to acquire major participating
interests.
The Onslow Project
consists of two granted Mining Leases over two prospects, being the Range
lead-silver prospect and the Turtle copper-lead-silver prospect.
The Liberty-Indee Project
consists of two granted exploration licences. A target generation study has
identified four highly ranked targets and another four targets prospective for
gold mineralisation, one of which has the potential for copper, lead, zinc and
gold mineralisation.
The company is also to
commence in September 2007, a 2050 line kilometre electromagnetic survey over
its newly acquired interests in the Ravensthorpe region Tay-Munglinup tenements
exploring for nickel. Jutt can earn an initial 60% interest in three granted
exploration licences, covering 540 square kilometres.
Jutt Holdings also has
plans to explore the Kooline Project for high grade lead silver ore, and the
Tarrawarra Application for silver and base metals associated within a
structural corridor.

information in this announcement that relates to exploration results is based
on information compiled by Jutt Holdings Limited and is based on information
provided by Mr Cyril Leslie Geach BSc (Hons-Geology) who is a member of the
Australian Institute of Geoscientists. Mr Geach has sufficient experience which
is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under
consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a
competent person as defined in the 2004 edition of the “Australian Code
for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore
Reserves”. Mr Geach is an Executive Officer of Jutt Holdings Limited and
consents to the inclusion in the announcement of the matters based on his
