Holdings in Company and Director's Dealing

Mwana has today received notification from Ning Yat Hoi ("Mr Ning"), a Non-Executive Director of the Company, on behalf of himself and China International Mining Group Corporation ("CIMGC") respectively that on 30 April 2015 CIMGC disposed of 81,424,282 ordinary shares ("Shares") in the Company and Mr Ning disposed of 106,254,717 Shares, in each case at a price of £0.018 per share.
Following such disposals, CIMGC now has a holding in the Company of 218,000,000 Shares, representing 15.60 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company, and Mr Ning holds 454,545 Shares, representing 0.33 per cent of the issued share capital. Mr Ning, the Chairman of CIMGC, is thus interested in 218,454,545 Shares representing 15.63 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
Please note however that, whilst the purchasers of the Shares referred to above are not parties known to the Company, the Company is establishing whether Mr Ning is still interested (for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies) in the Shares now held by these purchasers. Requests have been made to CIMGC and Mr Ning to clarify the identity of these new shareholders, and their relationship to CIMGC and Mr Ning respectively. If Mr Ning is found to be interested in the Shares purchased pursuant to the above transactions, then he will continue to be interested in 406,133,544 Shares, representing 29.87 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
