IMMC Obtains Loan to Continue Drill Program at Nivloc
North Vancouver, BC: International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX-V: IMI) (the �Company�) announces it has accepted a private loan offer for up to $400,000 from an insider of the Company. The loan will have a term of up to one year at 10% interest. Under the conditions of the loan the Company shall repay the loan by paying 25% of the net proceeds of any private placements completed by the Company to a maximum of $400,000, plus interest owing. The Company shall also pay bonus shares, at $0.15 per share, equal to 10% of the loan amount.
The Company will pay up to an 8% finder�s fee, payable in Company shares, at $0.15 per share.
The Company will use the proceeds of the private placement for exploration work on the Company�s Silver and Gold Project located in southwestern Nevada and its Hope Lake, Ontario property, as well as for working capital.
