ATW Venture Corp (ATW: TSX-V)
(Frankfurt: A3N), ("ATW" or "the Company"), is pleased to announce that a
geophysical gravity survey has been initiated at the company's 100% owned
Gullewa Project. The Gullewa Project, in the Murchison Province of Western
Australia, consists of five exploration licenses and mining leases covering
historic mining areas, forming a contiguous block of approximately 750 km2
prospective for gold, iron and base metals.
As part of the Definitive Agreement,
$300,000 AUD has been advanced to Batavia to fund the completion of the
geophysical gravity survey. The survey will aid in delineating additional
drill targets for the company's recently announced 15,000 meter drill
program.
The Deflection gold copper deposit was
discovered through a combination of magnetics and gravity survey. The
Company's program will target the 86 2 northern area known as
Greater Deflector and the 167 2 southern area that covers the
southern limb of the Gullewa greenstone belt known as Southern Deflector. The
survey will be run on a 400m by 80m grid spacing. An infill gravity survey
program will be run on a 200m by 40m grid spacing over the areas surrounding
the Deflector and Brandy Hill gold copper deposits. It is expected that the
survey will be completed by the end of May.

pleased to announce that Jasvir Kaloti, the Company's corporate secretary,
has been appointed as the Company's CFO effective immediately. Ms. Kaloti has
worked with the Company since its inception. She has over 14 years of
experience in the finance industry. In the last 5 years she has worked as a
consultant to publically traded mineral exploration companies. Ms. Kaloti
completed her BBA from Simon Fraser University in 1993.
