ROCKBRIDGE SELLS NON-CORE MINERAL PROPERTIES
CALGARY, AB � RockBridge Resources Inc. (RockBridge- TSXV symbol- �RBE�) announces that it has entered into a share purchase agreement with Cache Exploration Inc. (Cache � TSXV symbol �CAY) for the sale of RockBridgeMinerals Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary of RockBridge which owns 100 percent of RockBridge�s mineral assets, to Cache. The purchase price is an aggregate of $275,000 to be paid by the issuance of 1,100,000 units of Cache, each unit consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable for the purchase of an additional common share at a price of $0.30 in first 12 months and $0.40 in second 12 months (the "Cache Units") at a deemed price of $0.25 per Cache Unit. The shares issued as part of the Cache Units and any shares issued on exercise of the warrants forming part will be subject to certain hold periods subject to regulatory approval.
