Canasia Industries Corporation (the "Company") is pleased to announce
that the company has completed its listing requirements on the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange and is now trading under the symbol 45C.
Graeme Sewell, director of Canasia stated, "This listing now
potentially enables a vast increase in European institutional and
individual shareholders to participate in the Canasia market within
their home market place. This ease in trade facilitation will be a key
to the growth strategy of Canasia. There currently is a large market
for junior-listed resources companies in Europe, especially for
companies that have cash and on-going operations and drilling prospects
that are about to recommence. Canasia has all of these traits, and
management feels that exposing Canasia to a global marketplace may add
substantial value for our current and future shareholders. Recently,
some Canadian junior companies have listed in Europe and have seen an
increase in liquidity and market attention. Additional work is planned
shortly on our gold projects and management continues to look to add
quality projects in the future. When you factor in the current near 30
