Loon River Property Update

Vancouver, B.C. - Diamondex Resources Ltd. (DSP-TSX.V) ("Diamondex")
and Shore Gold Inc. (SGF:TSX.T) ("Shore") are pleased to provide an
update for the Loon River property located in northern Alberta. (See
www.diamondex.net for project location and description.)
A review of 1998 regional airborne magnetic data led to the
identification of four highly prospective geophysical anomalies on Loon
River First Nations reserve lands. These anomalies were confirmed by
both ground magnetic and ground gravity surveys conducted in late
September 2007. It is expected that the 2008 Buffalo Hills Exploration
Program (see December 6, 2007 press release) will include the drilling
of one of these targets.
The reserve lands constitute approximately 17,000 hectares and occupy a
significant unexplored area within the Buffalo Head Hills kimberlite
field. To date 38 kimberlites have been discovered on the Buffalo Hills
property of which 26 are
Diamond bearing.
