Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 8, 2014 / Lovitt Resources Inc. ("Lovitt") announced the voting results from its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held June 30, 2014 at Suite 217-179 Davie Street, Vancouver, BC.

A total of 1,890,777 common voting shares representing 20.28% of Lovitt's issued and outstanding shares were voted in connection with the meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including election of each director's nominee as follows:

The voting results from all other resolutions provided for in the Management Information Circular will be filed with the Canadian Securities Regulatory Authorities at www.sedar.com.

The meeting was adjourned to July 28, 2014 to be reconvened at the same location at 2:00PM, in order for the company to be able to address any questions arising from the contents of the audited financial statements being forwarded to shareholders prior to the adjourned meeting. The audited financial statements are expected to be completed by the new Auditors Charlton and Company, Chartered Accountants by July 16, 2014.
