We forecast inventories to peak in 2012 and begin to decline sharply in 2013. Our forecast rebound in demand will be matched by rising mine production in 2011 and 2012, leaving the market in surplus. In 2013, we expect a shortage of mine supply to result in a large deficit, drawing inventories down significantly. Continuing deficits will draw inventories down well below critical levels in 2015.
