Stocks took a breather Tuesday after U.S. markets notched another record high.The Dow Jones industrial average fell 20 points, or 0.1 percent, to 16,005 in the first 20 minutes of trading. The Standard & Poor's 500 index lost 2 points, or 0.1 percent, to 1,806 and the Nasdaq composite lost 7 points, or 0.2 percent, to 4,062.
