Minco Gold Corporation (the "Company" or "Minco Gold") (TSX:MMM/NYSE EURONEXT:MGH/FSE:MI5) reports that the nominees listed in the management information circular (the "Circular") for the 2015 Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders held on June 25, 2015 (the "Meeting") were elected as directors of Minco Gold. Shareholders also approved the appointment of auditors and a special resolution authorizing the sale of substantially all of the Company's assets, all as described in the Circular.
