(the "Company" or "Mineral Hill") is pleased to announce that it has relocated its office to 1140 – 13700 Clarke Place in the City of Richmond, BC , Canada . The Company is pleased that the new office is located in the same area as the previous location and is excited about continuing business in the City of Richmond, BC for the next two years. Mineral Hill has also entered into sublease arrangements with Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. and Kirkland Precious Metals Corp. where it will be reimbursed one-third of the rent from each company.
