Minor Corrections to Notice of Annual General Meeting

Sundance Resources Limited ("Sundance") (ASX: SDL) refers to the Notice of Annual General Meeting and accompanying Explanatory Memorandum dated 24 October 2014.
Sundance wishes to advise that it has identified the following minor typographical errors in the
Explanatory Memorandum:
1. On page 9 of the Explanatory Memorandum, the Tranche 3 performance condition outlined in the second column of the table refers to an increasing net present value (NPV) of the Project by "10%" which should be read as an increasing net present value (NPV) of the Project by "15%". Note 3 to the table refers to the increase of "10%" which should be read as the increase of "15%".
2. On page 13 of the Explanatory Memorandum, the last paragraph refers to an amount equal to
"$21,000,000" which should be read as an amount equal to "210,000,000".
The date, time and place of the Annual General Meeting remain unchanged and will be held on
Thursday, 27 November 2014 at 10:00am (WST) at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, 21
Mounts Bay Road, Perth, Western Australia. Shareholders can continue to use the Proxy Form enclosed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
