MR. DAN CARDINAL JOINS HAWKEYE TEAM

HAWKEYE Gold & Diamond Inc. (the �Company� or "HAWKEYE"): Vancouver, British Columbia is pleased to announce that Mr. Dan Cardinal, P.Geo. (BC); P.Geol. (AB); F.G.A.C., has joined Hawkeye to act as exploration advisor and as a Qualified Person (QP), as that term is defined under National Instrument 43-101, for work programs carried out over the Company properties. Mr. Cardinal graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of Alberta in 1978. He has worked as a professional geologist for the past 31 years in Canada and western United States. Work has included detailed geological investigations of mineral districts, examination and reporting on a broad spectrum of mineral prospects and properties for junior and major resource companies in both the energy and mineral resource sectors. Mr. Cardinal has also authored a number of 43-101 compliant reports in his career. Dan has been registered in good standing with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since 1991 and with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta since 1980.
