DYNASTY GOLD WELCOMES MAURICE TAGAMI TO THE BOARD

Maurice A. Tagami, PEng, has joined Dynasty Gold Corp.'s board of directors effective immediately.

"I am very pleased to welcome Maurice to Dynasty's board," stated Tookie Angus, chairman of the board. "Dynasty will benefit from Maurice's experience and track record in the industry as we are advancing current projects as well as continuously evaluating new opportunities."

Mr. Tagami is currently the president and chief executive officer, and a director, of Keegan Resources Inc., a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed exploration and development company based in Vancouver, B.C. He was instrumental in advancing its flagship Esaase gold project in Ghana to prefeasibility stage and raising over $200-million early this year to develop it. Mr. Tagami has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry and held a number of key executive and senior management positions in junior exploration companies managing greenfield exploration projects, as well as advanced mining properties prior to joining Keegan Resources in July, 2009. Mr. Tagami's worldwide exploration and mining experience spread over regions that include North and South America, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Asia, and Africa.
