the appointment of Messrs. Rudy Bianchi and Mark Mungo as directors of the
Company, subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mark Mungo, MBA, Bachelor of Commerce, is Vice President,
Business Development at CIP Group, a high-rise concrete construction firm based
in Toronto and sits on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Formwork
Association. In addition, Mr. Mungo is a Co-Founder of ProtogenLabs, a web
design and development company.
Mr. Bianchi, B.B.A., J.D., is a founding partner of Bianchi
Presta LLP, a firm specializing in commercial law specializing in corporate
reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and syndication.
Messrs. Rudy Bianchi and Mark Mungo will be replacing Jim
Decker and Don Sheldon, who have both resigned from the Board of Directors. The
