Enterprise Oilfield Group, Inc. (formerly Enterprise Oil Limited) Announces Name Change

St. Albert, Alberta, Canada - Enterprise Oilfield Group, Inc. (formerly Enterprise Oil Limited) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from Enterprise Oil Limited to Enterprise Oilfield Group, Inc. (the "Name Change") and its trading symbol from "EON" to "E", effective May 30, 2007. The Corporation has changed its name to properly reflect the direction of its operations. The Name Change of the Corporation was approved at the annual general and special meeting of the shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") of the Corporation which was held on April 26, 2007. At the Annual Meeting, the shareholders also elected the members to the board for the upcoming year and the board of the Corporation is now comprised of Leonard D. Jaroszuk, Ronald Ingram, Douglas Bachman, Michael Aberant and Nick DeMare.
