China Minerals Mining Corporation ("China Minerals" or the "Company") (TSX-V: CMV, US, HWTHF) advises that the Company is about to articulate and implement a new strategic growth plan.Subsequent to the change of the Board of Directors in late May and the establishment of the Management Committee in mid July, the Company as assisted by its advisors has conducted an extensive review of its current assets, which include the Table Mountain and the Taurus gold projects. The review suggests that fairly intensive further investment in exploration is required to prove up the potential and further advance these properties. To mitigate exploration and development risk, the Company is exploring various options for the current assets including joint ventures and potential third party acquisition.The Management Committee working closely with very skilled and experienced advisors is evaluating undervalued assets from our "project pipeline", searching for opportunities with significant upside potential. The financing of the early phases of work on the selected targets will be from our own cash resources, and additional financing can be available from other financial sources that the Company is connected with.The Management Committee will facilitate implementation of this strategy for growth.
