New Study Confirms Robust Project Economics at Eco Ridge

  • Pele Mountain Resources recently completed an updated Economic Review of its Eco Ridge Mine Rare Earth & Uranium project � a sensitivity analysis of its 2012 PEA that incorporates the effects of its June 2013 resource estimate and more current commodity price assumptions.
  • Project NPV10% has been maintained at $1.02b and Project IRR has decreased slightly from 50% but still remains favourable at 43%. Recently increased resources, boost LOM forecast REO production to 141.6m lbs and U3O8 production to 42.7m lbs.
  • Rare earth operating costs are expected to be completely offset by uranium revenue for the first five years of operation, significantly de-risking the rare earth operation financially. (Click HERE for the full report)
