(NYSE: NI) today declared a quarterly common dividend payment of 16.5 cents per share payable Aug. 19, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 29, 2016. This represents an increase of approximately 6.5 percent on an annualized dividend of 66 cents per share.
