No Change in Issued Securities

The Directors of Thor Mining PLC ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX THR) wish to advise there has been no change in securities issued by the Company, nor any movements of securities between AIM and ASX, during the period between the last lodged Appendix 3B (ASX 10 March 2016) to 30 April 2016. As such, an updated Appendix 3B will not be lodged.

As a dual listed Company on AIM and ASX, Thor is required to provide the ASX with an Appendix 3B within 10 days of each month end, to advise any movement of listed securities between ASX and AIM, during that month.

The relevant information in the most recent Appendix 3B (ASX 10 March 2016), remains unchanged as of 30 April 2016.
