NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE - RESULT
The Company's 3 for 4 non-renounceable rights issue closed on 9 June 2009. The Company issued a prospectus dated 29 April 2009 seeking to raise up to approximately $3,931,200 from eligible shareholders. Application funds totalling $1,430,114 were received, and therefore the issue was undersubscribed by approximately $2,501,089. As the rights issue was fully underwritten the Company will now look to the Underwriter to account for the undersubscribed amount. The Company is very pleased with the response from its shareholders to the rights issue.
