MINNETONKA, Minn. (AP) _ Northern Oil and Gas Inc. (NOG) on Thursday reported a loss of $23.8 million in its fourth quarter. On a per-share basis, the Minnetonka, Minnesota-based company said it had a loss of 37 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 10 cents per share. The results matched Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 10 cents per share. The independent oil and gas company posted revenue of $37 million in the period, which missed Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $59.4 million. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit $2.06.
