NaiKun Wind Energy Group Inc.: Noted Canadian Entrepreneur Joe S. Houssian and
First Nations Expert Fred Dabiri Join NaiKun Board

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 10, 2007) - NaiKun Wind Energy Group Inc. ("NaiKun") (TSX VENTURE:NKW) is pleased to announce the election of Canadian entrepreneur, Joe S. Houssian, and First Nations expert, Fereydoun (Fred) Dabiri, to its board of directors.
NaiKun Wind Development is proposing one of the world's largest offshore wind farms, a five-phase, 1,750 MW renewable energy project. Currently, first phase (320 MW) is under development for submission in BC Hydro's 2008 Clean Energy Call.
One of Canada's best known entrepreneurs, Mr. Houssian, has extensive experience in business development, growth and operations. Mr. Houssian founded Intrawest Corporation, a world-class developer and operator of luxury mountain, golf and beach resorts. Intrawest's operations and ancillary businesses included Abercombie & Kent that operate in 100 countries. When sold in 2006, Intrawest employed 25,000 people with annual revenues over $1.5 billion. Currently, Mr. Houssian is Chairman and founder of Intracorp Capital, an urban real estate development company. He has also served on the boards of Versacold and Lions Gate Entertainment.

Fereydoun (Fred) Dabiri, P. ENG, is President and CEO of David Nairne + Associates of North Vancouver BC. For last 15 years he has led and co-ordinated the company's team of architects, engineers, economic development strategists and project planners on commercial, residential and community developments. He has worked with over 125 First Nations across Canada on various projects including schools, museums, hospitals, cultural, recreational and health centres, casinos, waste treatment plants, firehalls and government buildings.
Mr. Dabiri has served as a director of NaiKun Wind Development Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NaiKun Wind Energy Group Inc. His unique expertise has been integral to the project's progress and his role in development will continue.
