SERABI MINING plc ("Serabi" or "the Company")

 

 

Serabi Mining plc (AIM: SRB), the gold production and exploration Company with operations in

Brazil, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 am on 11th June at the offices of Numis Corporation plc, The London Stock Exchange Building, 10 Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7LT.

 

Notice of the meeting is set out in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2007,  copies of which have been mailed today to shareholders and are available free of charge from the Company's offices 30-32 Ludgate Hill, London EC4M 7DR or from the Company's website www.serabimining.com on or after 20 May 2008.
