The Company also announces the resignation of Mr. James (Jim) Megann from the Board effective immediately.  Mr. Megann has been a director of the Company since 2012.  Mr. Kevin Aylward , Chief Executive Officer of NWest Energy commented, "On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Company's Management, I would like to thank Jim for his service as a non-executive director.  We wish him continued success and the best of luck in his future endeavors."
