The O.T. Mining Corporation Announces Appointment of Interim President & CEO

The Board of Directors of O.T. Mining Corporation (�OTMN� or the �Company�) today announced that Corey Safran has been appointed Interim President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective immediately. In addition to accepting the position of Interim President and CEO, Corey is also a current member of the Company�s Board of Directors.

Corey has over 22 years of experience in capital markets, physical commodities trading and distressed corporate turnaround consulting. Corey�s primary responsibility for O.T. Mining will be to position the Company for a potential corporate transaction or capital raise to develop the Company�s prospective properties.

The Company would also like to take this opportunity to thank Rosemary Christensen for her contribution to O.T. Mining and to wish her well in her future endeavors.

Mining Corporation � OTMN holds the rights, including acres of fee simple land, 13 patented mining claims and 291 unpatented mining claims, to the famed and previously producing Ruby Property and nearby Basin Mill in Jefferson County, southwestern Montana.
