RBR Group Limited (RBR) is pleased to announce that its business
services subsidiary, PacMoz, has successfully secured a labour broking licence from the Mozambican Ministry of Labour effective as of 27 November 2015.
Securing this licence represents a significant milestone for RBR and is a critical step towards delivering a complete labour solution for its clients in Mozambique.
This licence:

Provides PacMoz with a labour broking capability in Mozambique;

Is valid for an initial period of five years, and covers all business sectors across the entire country;

Is a complementary extension to PacMoz's already comprehensive suite of business services.
CEO, Mr Richard Carcenac said "Securing one of Mozambique's sought-after labour broking licences is a significant step forward for RBR. The licence will afford us flexibility in the local versus expatriate composition of our contracted workforce which we will manage on behalf of our clients, and in the mix of skills held by these candidates. As a result, Mozambique's strict expatriate quota system will now only dictate the way in which we deploy our candidates, i.e. the client itself will need to ensure that the composition of their total workforce, inclusive of the candidates provided by RBR, meets their particular quota requirement."
