      08-25 - Cornerstone announces personnel change

Mount Pearl, NL, Canada:   Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc.
(TSXV-CGP) (F-GWN) (B-GWN) (OTC-CTNXF) announced today that Mr. Mike
Basha is resigning his position with the company but will remain
available to consult to Cornerstone on a limited part-time basis.  His
resignation as Executive Vice President of the company is effective
July 14, 2008.

Other News
A senior officer of the company was issued 500,000 Cornerstone share
purchase options at the end of June in accordance with his employment
contract. The exercise price is $0.27 and the options expire June 30,
2013.
