In accordance with LR 9.6.1, copies of: the Notice of AGM; a circular explaining certain resolutions; and, a Form of Proxy, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism's website, www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
