POSITIVE RESULTS CONTINUE AT INCREIBLE 6 GOLD
PROJECT, BOLIVAR
STATE, VENEZUELA
April 19,
2007
Trading symbol (TSX-V): RML
Vancouver, Canada – Rusoro Mining Ltd. is pleased to
provide an update on its exploration activities in Bolivar State,
Venezuela which are
highlighted by the continued receipt of very positive drill results from the
Increible 6 Gold Project.
Ø
Results continue
to enhance and expand the previously outlined mineralized zones with a
significant new structure
identified connecting the Elisa and
Cristina Resources. An updated NI43-101 report will be underway shortly.
Ø
All of the main
zones at the Increible 6 Project remain open to depth.
Ø
Over 80,000
metres of the 220,000 metres scheduled have been completed with eleven drills
currently completing
more than 22,000 metres per month on the Company’s core
projects.
At the Increible 6
Project the Company is very pleased to report that further results have been
received for drill hole IC-07-346,
of which
6.01 g/t over 46m was previously released. The weighted average of this
lower zone now stands at 3.44 g/t over 129.6m
and

*previously
reported in news release March 19, 2007
These results are
significant as they are an extension of a gold mineralized zone first
intersected in previously reported drill hole
IEL-160, (2.71 g/t Au over 123.5m). The
Company has continued to step out from IEL-160 and IC-07-346 with a series of
additional
holes adjacent to and on
the up dip portion of the structure, which now appears to connect the Elisa and
Cristina Zones and form
part of the Footwall
Zone. Positive results from these holes have been received and are
reported below:

NOTES: 1) All thicknesses
are core widths / true widths estimated at 75-80%.
2) All weighted averages
calculated using uncut assays.
The potential of this new
structure lies in its proximity to the existing resource at the Elisa Zone
to which it is connected
(4.7 Mt @ 3.07 g/t for
465,000 oz indicated and 4.9 Mt @ 2.79 g/t for 440,000 oz inferred), and in the
continuity of the structure
as it moves closer to
surface and toward the Cristina
Zone.
The Company views these
and other recently received results as very successful in supporting previous
results and confirming the size
potential of all the
zones at the Increible 6 project. All of the main zones remain open to
depth. Additional results from further infill
and step
out drilling in 54 holes (11 diamond drill holes and 43 RC holes)
at the four main
zones are attached to this news release and will
be posted on the
Company’s website at www.rusoro.com.
Diamond drilling was
conducted by Major Drilling of Moncton,
New Brunswick, Canada
and Core Biel Drilling of Puerto Ordaz,
Venezuela. RC drilling was completed by AK
Drilling of Peru. All drilling and drill sampling have been completed
using industry
standard practices.
All drill core is described in detail and photographed and one half of the core
remains for inspection and reference.
Sample analyses have been
conducted at SGS labs and Triad Labs located in El Dorado
and El Callao, Venezuela. All sample
analyses
were completed using
industry standard practices and standard samples, blanks and duplicate check
samples were randomly inserted into
the sample stream to
ensure quality control. A review of the QA/QC results shows no
significant bias and all results are considered highly
reliable. Sample
rejects for all drill samples are stored in Rusoro’s secure facilities in
Tumeremo, Venezuela, and will continue to be
available
for any further testing
which may be required. All QA/QC is completed under the direction of G.F.
Smith, P.Geo.
