(News - Market indicators)(NYSE:PVG) ("Pretivm" or the "Company") announces today that the previously announced offering of common shares (the "Offering") has completed and included the exercise in full of the over-allotment option granted to the syndicate of underwriters. The Offering consisted of an aggregate of 5,554,500 shares at a price of $14.50 per share for gross proceeds of $80,540,250. 

The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund ongoing exploration on the Company's Brucejack project in northwestern British Columbia.
