INTERNATIONAL MILLENNIUM PRIVATE PLACEMENT INCREASED TO $350K
North Vancouver, BC: International Millennium Mining Corp. (the "Company" or "IMMC") advises that in light of favourable response to the Company's announcement, February 11, 2010, it's non-brokered private placement has been increased from $252,000 to $350,000. The placement is an offering of units at $0.07, each is comprised of one (1) common share and one-half (1/2) non-transferable share purchase warrant, each full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share in the capital stock of the Company at $0.11 for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance. The Company will pay an 8 �% finder's fee and issue broker unit warrants up to 8 �% of the private placement units on a portion of the placement. Broker unit warrants entitle the holder to acquire one broker unit at $0.07 per unit, each unit consisting of one (1) common share and one (1) ordinary share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional share for $0.11. The private placement is subject to regulatory acceptance.
