As the commodity market continues to deteriorate, this strategy needs to be adjusted to meet the current challenges and to take advantage of other opportunities available. Dynasty has a healthy balance sheet and sufficient cash to fund all of its expenditures and commitments for the foreseeable future.
Mr. Maurice Tagami resigned from the board and Mr. Larry Kornze has been appointed to the audit committee effective immediately.
