MILLSTREAM PROVIDES CURRENT EXPLORATION STATUS
OF ITS AIRPORT EAST PROPERTY

Toronto, Ontario, November 12, 2007, Millstream Mines Ltd. (MLM-TSX-V; NJD- Frankfurt) is pleased to report that it has drilled five (5) Diamond drill holes in the vicinity of a gravity anomaly indicated by a deep penetrating geophysical I.P. survey conducted in 2003. A downhole geophysical E.M. survey will be conducted in the drill holes for the purpose of further defining and determining the orientation of the indicated anomaly.
 
Further to the east, in the vicinity of strong conductors previously detected by an airborne geophysical E.M. survey completed in the late 1980's, a surface control grid has been established (see PR May 30/07). A deep penetrating geophysical I.P. survey will be conducted over this grid to ground proof (locate) the strong conductors and subsequent follow-up Diamond drilling will ensue to test the defined targets.

The Airport East Property is located in the Falconbridge and Street Townships, Sudbury Mining District, Northern Ontario, Canada. It consists of 127 mining claim units which abut the east boundary of the Company's Airport Property. Millstream retains a 100% undivided interest in the Airport East Property. For clarification, the Airport Property is located in the Sudbury Mining District, Ontario, Canada, just outside the east rim of the Sudbury Basin on the southeast horn of the Basin; and 1.2 km east of the past producer of recently acquired Falconbridge Ltd., the Norduna Mine, and 4 Km southeast of Xstrata's Nickel Rim South Mine (13.2 million tonnes of 3.5% Cu, 1.7% Ni, 0.8 g/t Au, 4.1 g/t PGM) which is also located near to a past producer, in this case the Nickel Rim Mine.

Mr. Phil Brown, P.Geo. , a geological consultant to Millstream, is the Qualified Person as described in National Instrument 43-101 for the Airport East Project. He has reviewed th is report and press release with company management.
