Limited is
pleased to announce that it has been ranked 23rd amongst 300 small cap

Business Magazine has kept investors informed about market performers and
rising stars in the Canadian financial markets.

appreciated some 75%. Since the beginning of 2009, the stock has climbed
62%. Indeed, since the April 3rd rankings were compiled, Premier's shares
have climbed a further 24%.
"Premier has quickly returned to the upper tier of its historic
trading range" added Downie, also noting that, " Our aggressive
exploration program in 2009 is helping to ensure we generate a pipeline of
quality results welcomed by a market hungry for good news."
