Goldbrook Re-elects
Directors
Vancouver, British Columbia - Goldbrook Ventures Inc. (the
"Company") is pleased to report the outcome of the Annual
General Meeting held on Thursday, November18, 2008. Shareholders
voted to:
1) Re-elect David Baker, Brian
Grant, J. Earl Terris, Walter Peredery, and Martin Auyeung
as Company Directors for the ensuing year.
2) Re-appoint Villeneuve & Venne as Company Auditors for the coming year.
3) Ratify the continuation of the
Company Stock Option Plan.
4) Ratify and extend the Company's
Amended Shareholders Rights Plan.

widespread shareholder support for the Company's key strategy of
successfully acquiring and exploring its extensive properties in the
Raglan area of northern Quebec.
