RECEIPT OF REQUEST TO PUT RESOLUTIONS AT GENERAL MEETING
Heron Resources Limited (ASX:HRR, Heron) has today received a request from Chaos Investment Pty Limited (Chaos), Kimlex Investments Pty Limited, MBM Corporation Pty Limited and Owvimar Pty Limited (Requesting Shareholders) purporting to hold in aggregate more than 5% of the voting shares of Heron to convene a general meeting of shareholders. The Requesting Shareholders wish Heron to convene the general meeting to move the following two resolutions:
Heron is reviewing the request to ensure it complies with all applicable requirements. Should the notice comply with such requirements, Heron will convene a meeting of shareholders, the date of which will be announced once determined.
