Dear VMS Ventures and North American Nickel followers,

This morning I’m sending along a chart titled “Life Cycle of a Junior Miner” which VMS President, John Roozendaal, and I included in a combined company presentation Power Point that John used in a whirlwind 18 meeting conference at Whistler this past weekend. Thank you, John.

The chart is right below. As you will see, we have included where we see NAN and VMS stocks to be in each stock’s “life cycle” right now. Clearly, this falls into the promotion category, but, I believe it is excellent context for investors to consider as they watch both Companies progress.

That new combined VMS/NAN presentation I referenced is on the VMS website at http://www.vmsventures.com/investors/Presentations/default.aspx (We always have our current corporate presentations on each website). NAN’s will be updated for next week’s meetings.

And, we just received some new pictures from our Reed Copper project near Snow Lake Manitoba. Scroll down to see some of them. As you know we are carried to production at Reed and own 30% of Manitoba’s next copper mine. HudBay Minerals owns 70% and is the operator.

We will be marketing our stories in Vancouver and Toronto in the next three weeks and plan to include an aftermarket presentation for shareholders and investors in both cities, so please stay tuned.
