LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 13, 2015-- Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. (NYSE: RNF) announced today that Halbert S. Washburn has resigned from its Board of Directors. Mr. Washburn will continue in his role as Chairman of the board of Rentech, Inc.
