REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION - FALCON MINERALS LIMITED
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Falcon Minerals Limited (ASX: FCN) requests that a Voluntary Suspension be granted by the ASX in the trading of Company's quoted securities, with immediate effect.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company advises:

the Company expects the Voluntary Suspension to last until the announcement in relation to its recent acquisition, and no later than the commencement of trading on Tuesday 15 December 2015;

the Company is not aware of any reason why the Voluntary Suspension should not be granted.
