RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR - MARK PRATT
Union Resources Limited (“the Company”) advises that Mr Mark Pratt has resigned as a director of the Company. Mr Pratt, who also served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, has left the Company to pursue other opportunities. The Company thanks Mr Pratt for his contributions to the Company, both as CFO and as a Director, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR - JOHN LEMON
The Company is pleased to announce that Mr John Lemon, the Company’s Company Secretary, has been appointed a director of the Company in Mr Pratt’s place. Mr Lemon is a qualified solicitor and has held a number of positions as Company Secretary and/or Legal Counsel within various companies, including roles with MIM Holdings Limited, General Electric Company and Bank of Queensland Limited.
