RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Perth, Western Australia: Troy Resources Limited (ASX, TSX: TRY) today announced that Mr Sean Harvey has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mr Harvey's resignation follows on from the decision to delist the Company from the Toronto Stock Exchange and also to contribute to an ongoing process to restructure the size and composition of the Board, in order to provide greater efficiencies in accordance with current market expectations.
Canadian based Mr Harvey joined Troy in August 2013 following the Company's takeover of Azimuth Resources Limited.
The Board expresses its gratitude to Mr Harvey for his valuable contribution to the
Company and wishes him every success in the future.
