Objectives 2012:
Permitting is underway for an extensive Phase III core drill program in the spring of 2012 to delineate a NI 43-101 resource. Extend and identify additional target areas to expand resource beyond 100 MMT.
April 2012 Drill Campaigns:
Desoto Discovery, 5000 m. drill campaign to outline 50 MMT NI 43-101 Resource.
2011 Desoto drilling and high grade soil silver and copper delineated the first target area of 750 m. by 500 m. Total mineralized target area 2 km by 1 km at Desoto.
Discovery hole (MM-18) at DeSoto intercepted 29.2 m of 30.5 g/t Ag and 0.69% Cu.
Soil geochemistry returned values as high as 1.53% Copper and 6 oz/t Silver.
Copper Stope to Ball Park Drilling in 2012 to extend mineralization where historic mining, drilling and 2011 drilling and soil programs confirmed a 1 km by .75 km silver, copper and gold mineralization.
Copper Stope 2011 Phase I drilling returned many holes with over 2 oz/t Silver equivalent on wide intersections: 96 m of 0.57% Cu, 39.2 g/t Ag and 0.10 g/t Au
(including 44.2 m of 1.14% Cu, 71 g/t Ag and 0.15 g/t Au (starting at surface).

MAX recently completed a Phase II core drilling program and additional soil sampling in a step-out drilling program at the DeSoto discovery near the past producing Desoto silver mine at Majuba. Drilling earlier in the year encountered long intervals of high-grade silver and copper near surface as well as significant gold intercepts. Further assay results and soil geochemistry are expected by early March 2012.
