Rainy River Resources Announces Date of Annual General Meeting

TORONTO, April 8, 2013 /CNW/ - Rainy River Resources Ltd. ("Rainy River" or the "Company" (RR.TSX)) is pleased to announce that it will hold its Annual General Meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. at the TMX Gallery, located at The Exchange Tower, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario. The record date for shareholders entitled to vote at the AGM is April 19, 2013.
